You must select the date you want to reserve or the computer will choose for you. 

Refunds or reschedules will not be issued for no-shows. We will allow full refunds or reschedules made at least 48 hours before the scheduled Animal Encounter.

Rhino Encounter: At this Animal Encounter, you'll have the opportunity to get up close with Frankie, our new southern white rhino, in a special meet and greet, and have the chance to touch his tough rhino skin. You'll also get to speak with animal care staff about Frankie and the important role he plays as an ambassador for his wild counterparts.

Check-In at our ticket kiosk near the carousel at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled animal experience. Your ticket(s) will be printed for you to present to a Zoo Team Member at the exhibit. Enjoy your experience!
